McMillan lines up to speak at C&IT Forum

Customer experience expert Andrew McMillan, who is widely credited with establishing the admired sales and service culture within the John Lewis Partnership, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker at the C&IT Association Forum in November.

The event, from 3-4 November, will feature presentations on topics such as the business case for sustainable events as well as the future of the industry exhibition.

In addition to McMillan, speakers will include Professor Nicholas Gair, chief executive of the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland, and social media expert Terrance Barkan.
