The Victorian railway hotel is in a grade II-listed building overlooking The Strand, and has been recently refurbished.  

It has 239 rooms, the Brasserie Lounge & Restaurant, Eleanor's Bar and nine meeting rooms. The largest of these, the 350-capacity Betjeman Suite, boasts Victorian-style decor including marble pillars and chandeliers.
