Phones4u is planning a series of five roadshows for general managers in UK locations including London and Bristol this month. Around 100 delegates are expected to attend each event.
The company also appointed HGA Creative to organise its annual conference for 900 delegates in September. The event, for senior management and store managers, will be held at Celtic Manor Resort in Wales.
HGA will also deliver its second event for Shop Direct Home Shopping, after successfully organising its conference last September. The 1,000-delegate event will return to ACC Liverpool in October.
"This event is one of the most important points in our communications year," said Shop Direct operations director Gareth Jones. "It's an essential vehicle to drive our initiatives and motivate staff during the Christmas period and is vital to our employee engagement.
