The agency will focus on offering specialist sponsor hospitality services this year, according to chief executive Chad Lion-Cachet.
He said: "The UK hospitality market will increase by 8% and we're definitely seeing that as a result of the Games. Our growth as a business will be in line with that 8% growth."
The agency said its DMC service will make up around 30% of its business in 2012, compared to 10% in 2011.
"DMC services are becoming an increasingly large part of the business. It's coming into its own this year and will continue next year," Lion-Cachet added.
The agency, which currently employs around 200 staff, will make around 200 new freelance and permanent appointments in 2012, he said.
