The venue, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, received 3,902 requests for almost 100,000 room nights in 2011, compared to 3,370 in 2010.

The Business Solutions team compensated for a drop in international events by hosting more congresses, the venue said.

A new interactive website, work with agencies, and a strong trade show strategy were also cited as reasons for the growth.

A survey commissioned by Business Solutions from October 2010 to September 2011 revealed 97% of clients were satisfied with the venue.

Disneyland Paris has two convention centres with 95 meeting rooms, and offers 8,200 rooms in 14 hotels.
