Managing director Alex Hewitt said the recruitment drive followed a successful 2011 - during which sales increased to £5m, up from £2.9m in 2010 - and a busy start to 2012.
Recent event wins include an incentive trip to Iceland for Nivea earlier this year, and an MSN launch party for existing client Microsoft at One Mayfair in February for more than 400 media agencies and advertisers.
"We're also seeing an increase in bespoke hospitality arrangements and logistics programmes for Olympic activity," said Hewitt.
Kelly Oxley joins the agency this month from Lambert Smith Hampton where she was event manager, while graduate Tilly Hallett joined in February.
A third new event manager will be recruited over the next month, taking the staff total to ten. Hewitt added that "there is every chance that we will need to employ a further two or three in the next six months".
