The contract includes an incentive campaign, called Explorers Club, for the company's top 50 sales people. The incentive will culminate with an unforgettable experience at a yet-to-be-confirmed European destination on the last weekend of June.
Pickled Egg will manage the campaign using its online corporate incentive system, Pointbank, where participants will be able to track their results online and take part in quizzes that can improve their chance of winning a place on the trip.
The agency will also manage Targus' European sales conference for 80 delegates in November, and deliver a performance, rewards and communications programme for its internal staff.
Pickled Egg, which ran a fam trip for corporate clients to ski resort Meribel in January, won the contract after a four-way pitch. The agency had organised an incentive event for Targus six years ago.
