The programme will include a launch at the Park Inn Hotel in West Bromwich on 21 March.

A total of around 1,000 delegates are expected to attend the events, which will include a mix of product launches, motivational speeches, recognition and training. They will be hosted by staff or Nikken consultants and held in cities including Paris, Frankfurt, Utrecht, Madrid, Vienna, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Bucharest and Budapest

Guest speakers will include nutritionist Roger Drummer and Nikken Europe managing director Tony Chaplin.

Nikken Europe digital marketing & events administrator Jodie Ford said the purpose of the events is "to showcase the new products, with guest speakers such as Roger Drummer - who will be touring Europe, talking about the benefits of the products."

Nikken, which held the Nikken Leadership Convention 2011 in Antalya, Turkey for 500 delegates in November, is also researching options for an incentive contest to run later in the year, with a trip taking place at the start of 2013.
