The Abu Dhabi office can also offer DMC services to UK corporates.
The agency is being headed by account director Emma Atkinson and general manager Tim Elliott, who also oversees WRG's Qatar office.
Atkinson has worked in the UAE for three years and joined the new WRG office from agency Action Impact.
The fledgling office has just completed its first job - organising the Corniche Festival element of the UAE's 40th National Day, which attracted 80,000 spectators.
Atkinson said that the agency is pursuing new business leads, including pitching for a big event next year.
