"When Ross and I got talking on the phone initially we hit it off as we were both new starters at our companies and were finding our feet a little bit. We first met in person on Animal’s team-building day, organised for eight Animal staff in June 2011. I was impressed with his organisation and enthusiasm. He knew that Go Ape would be great fit for his team because the brand deals with extreme sports and pushing boundaries. Ross’s hard work and passion really comes across on the video we made of Animal’s day. It gives a very natural and fun loving impression of Ross and his team."

"Sam was immensely helpful and informative from the start. He was new to the company but had a good knowledge of what was possible for our staff and gave us a wealth of ideas to work with. Sam and I had several conversations on the phone in the run up to the event to reassure us about the finer details and safety. He was very professional and easy going in his approach.  On the day, he was careful to let our staff go at their own pace and make the day fit around us. We enjoyed a barbecue together in the afternoon, which went down well. It was a great day, thanks in part to Sam’s excellent planning. It’s certainly something we’d certainly consider doing again in the future."
