TNT has run a number of programmes over the years to reward top performers and recently hired The Motivaction Group to organise 2011’s incentive trip.

TNT chose Lillehammer, Norway as the destination for an incentive on 18-19 November, flying 83 delegates over for a weekend of human curling, bread making, house building and bobsledding on the Olympic track.

TNT employees also enjoyed traditional Norwegian meals and accommodation.

Lee Lakin, marketing services executive at TNT Express Services UK & Ireland, said: "The Motivaction Group’s attention to detail and organisation prior to the event and out in Lillehammer was exceptional, everything ran to clockwork."

The Motivaction Group has run incentives for companies including Merlin Entertainment, Ralph Lauren and Hays Recruitment.
