Delegates from all of HP’s market sectors gathered on 29 November to 1 December to learn about the company’s future direction.

Sessions included information on its Cloud computing systems, change management and a keynote from HP’s new president and chief executive Meg Whitman.

HP’s manager events Western Europe Jane Culcheth-Beard told C&IT: "the event was a huge success and is an example of how our events are now being used to maximize engagement with many areas of the business. Delegates need a good reason to attend events in the current climate and this bought together all our products in one place."

She added that Vienna was chosen because of its excellent transport links and rich history.

Vienna is the subject of a feature in January’s C&IT.
