Although the agency confirmed that it had won additional work from the car group, it said it was not in a position to disclose further details.

The agency, which picked up a bronze award in the Most effective ROI category at the Eventia Awards last week, was appointed by IM Group to handle this year's dealer forum. On a limited budget and with a target market of 200 dealers, the event generated more than £250,000 worth of orders within days following the event.

Graham James, director at AYMTM, said: "Having created a unique forum, which moved away from the traditional conference approach this event included product reveals, product demonstrations and a dealer trade fair to ensure new products and services were fully appreciated.

"We are hugely proud to have delivered an event which has won recognition for delivering solid business objectives while engaging delegates in a meaningful way."

IM Group commended the agency on its award-winning work, describing the dealer forum as the "best executed ever".
