Bailey was previously at Crown Business Communications where he spent almost two years as business development manager.
Prior to Crown, Bailey was international sales manager in the meetings division at Hogg Robinson Group from 2007 to 2009, and business development manager at BCD for six years from 2001.
In both roles he focussed on generating new business within the pharmaceutical, FMCG and technology sectors.
