Qatar National Hotels Company to open Doha hotel in 2012

Qatar National Hotels Company (QNH) plans to opens Merwebhotel City Centre in Doha during the first quarter of 2012.

The hotel is located in the area of West Bay, fifteen minutes from Doha International Airport and will have 256 rooms and suites, furnished in a modern design. There will also be 97 fully furnished one, two, and three bedroom apartments.

Meeting space will be available, while the main dining restaurant will accommodate 150 persons alongside a themed restaurant for up to 102 people.

Other facilities include an outdoor and indoor pool, health club and fitness centre. ?In addition, the Merwebhotel City Centre Doha offers an office floor, which it claims is a first for a Doha hotel. The floor will consist of 13 offices that can be rented on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The floor is supported by its own reception and a fully equipped business centre.
