First impressions…

Located in a stylish tower block near St Paul’s, Incredibull’s offices are open plan, with a ‘hot desking’ policy. "Any of our staff could be sitting at a different desk from day-to-day. We all have dedicated laptops and find this setup works really effectively," said Incredibull chief executive at Richard Parkinson.

The history…

Incredibull is keen to bill itself as a brand agency, which handles PR, digital and video as well as events. Parkinson said that he is surprised at how many companies that deal purely in events survived the recession when their margins were so low. He was one of the founders of Incredibull in 2000. The agency has gone on to deliver events for markets including technology, pharmaceuticals and charity, providing logistics including venue searching, registrations and attendee schedule management, and suppliers liaison.

The perks…

Staff at Incredibull enjoy spending downtime at the in-house bar, where coffee and hot drinks are served regularly. Alcohol is served after hours on a Friday.

The technology investment…

Incredibull invested in staging and AV, producing opening videos and offering filming of events. It can also take care of the creative elements and content of events. That includes conceiving the event theme, creating websites and contributing to speaker’s presentations. It bought a CRM system which handles online registrations and powers Incredibull Intelligence, a measurement tool for event analysis.
