Chief executive Richard Parkinson said he is looking to find a company with a turnover of around £3m that has big-name clients on its books. "We're particularly interested in event companies that have clients in strong, performing, reliable sectors like IT, pharma and telecommunications," he said.
"The company we buy must match Incredibull in spirit and ambition. We are not only looking in the UK, but in the US and in Asia. With our rapid growth, even during a recession, we're keen to continue this trend," he added.
Incredibull, whose services include events, digital, film, PR and design, boasts clients including BT, Dixons and Nokia. The brand communications firm was formed in 2000 by doctor and former TV presenter David Bull.
