The awards will include two categories for individuals who have been working in the events industry for three years or less - Industry Newcomer of the Year (Organiser) and Industry Newcomer of the Year (Supplier).

C&IT editor Yasmin Arrigo said: "C&IT has been proud to highlight the emerging young talent across the industry with the annual A List. Therefore, we’re delighted to be showcasing the great work both the event planner and supplier are bringing to the industry."

The winners will be announced at the C&IT Excellence Awards  on 4 November 2011 at the Natural History Museum in London.

How to enter

‘Newcomers’ are defined as individuals that have been working in the events industry for three years or less. Entrants must give a minimum of three examples of projects they have worked on and clearly define their involvement in these projects, their objectives and their goals.

Projects can be diverse, including work directly on events, work on internal projects, campaigns and strategies.

They must clearly define their success in each of these projects and this can be backed up by relevant figures and targets, testimonials and feedback.
