Salesforce, Zibrant and Capita join ITM board of directors

The Institute of Travel & Meetings (ITM) UK and Ireland has appointed new directors to join its board on 13 July.

Salesforce.com manager for travel and expense EMEA Robbie Hughes joins as the latest ITM buyer director.

Capita/BSI group managing director Trevor Elswood and Zibrant global director of sales Anthony Coyle-Dowling have been appointed as supplier directors.

In addition, ITM has appointed two associate directors.  

Travelport’s strategic corporate development director for Europe Tracy Woods and the Business Travel and Meetings Show’s event director David Chapple will act as advisors to the board in their associate director capacity.  

Linda Bekoe, head of city sales for Grange Hotels, becomes a full ITM supplier director after operating as an associate director for 2 years.

ITM vice-chair Nicola Lomas, who is Omnicom Group’s director of corporate travel services, said: "We received a really great response to the positions available. Our choice adds increased diversity of experience and perspective to the board."

Leaving the board are Balfour Beatty travel category manager Nicola Spence and Evolvi trade relations director Jon Reeve.
The new directors will start their initial two-year terms after the 13 July board meeting.
