In its annual accounts filed at Companies House, Euro RSCG Skybridge recorded a loss of £711,000 in 2010, following a £9,000 loss in 2009.
However, its directors’ report notes that "prospects for 2011 are strong with opportunities for growth across all sectors with a particular focus on digital".
The loss has been put down to a £711,000 restructuring, which saw the event management and channel marketing agency combined with employment marketing experts Euro RSCG Riley to form an integrated communications group.
Managing director Paul Stoddart left the company in December following the restructure, while Lori Stahl remained as group account director for events.
The accounts show that turnover in the period to the end of 2010 was £6,861,000, down from £6,987,000 the previous year.
Gross profit was £2,070,000, down from £2,428,000 in 2009, while administrative expenses in 2010 jumped to £2,952,000 from £2,415,000.
