Hosmark – which has a team of 12 working across around 60 venues – is planning growth in its 10th year.
Part of the plans include a new website aimed specifically at event planners, with full details on event facilities at hotels.
Hosmark managing director Roger Plumpton said: "Websites are often aimed at the B2C market, but one of the first questions an event organiser is going to ask is how many rooms a hotel has got, and its floor plans.
"We want to ensure event organisers have every possible piece of information they need when preparing for a brief. We are also going to add video and picture galleries, so people can seriously see [the facilities]."
The site will launch on 12 July at a celebration party Hosmark is hosting for its tenth anniversary.

"This year there has been more interest in long haul destinations but the challenge has been with some of the air fares," added Plumpton. "People say they want something new and different but also really good flight access."
