Green moves to the agency from RPMC, where she joined as head of sales for its incentive division last July.
Her remit will be to work with Paragon Events’ existing sporting hospitality clients such as Jaguar, Clydesdale and Metlife on C&I events, as well as developing new business.
"Paragon has been branching out from traditional sporting hospitality for a while to cover MICE events, so I will be heading up this division," said Green.
The agency plans to launch a dedicated C&I website in August.
