The work follows the award of a two-year events contract with Vauxhall Motors in January, which covers all live events for both Vauxhall and Chevrolet brands in the UK.
Deeper Blue will produce the event over a period of two weeks in October or November, said the agency's founder Laurence Croneen.
"It is about a new strategic approach to lead management," he said. "We are now going through the process of planning and strategy."
The event is part of a larger event Opel is set to hold at a German venue currently being finalised, which is not being organised by the agency.
