The three-year deal follows a Europe-wide tender process that began in June 2010. MCI is set to work on internal and external events such as business meetings and promotions.
A master agreement has been drawn up with Kraft Foods Europe, which covers its UK divisions, including Cadbury, part of Kraft since February 2010.
The contract covers work in the UK and Ireland, France and Germany, as well as Austria, Denmark, Belgium and Italy. It also encompasses the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
About six of MCI's UK staff are set to work on the account and senior sales manager Marcus Naef said the next step was to establish "strong and fruitful" relationships with those in the Kraft business involved in events.
"This is an extremely exciting partnership for MCI and we look forward to working with the company's international brands," added Naef. "MCI's ability to deliver consistency throughout Europe was crucial to the partnership."
The win follows MCI's appointment by Yahoo Europe as a European-wide supplier for event management and creative production. It most recently ran an event in Romania in May for 300 delegates hosted by Yahoo's developer network.
