Banks Sadler expands business development team

Banks Sadler has appointed Mark Searle and Jonathan Findlay to broaden its business development team.

Searle previously worked for Banks Sadler from 2003 to 2007 before moving on to Universal Procon as a business development manager and Zibrant as an account director.

He will support the existing sales team in the UK and will be based in the London head office while Jonathan Findlay joins the French team.

Findlay previously worked for Banks Sadler as country director France and returns in a sales role to support the Paris team and accelerate development of the international account base.

Banks Sadler group sales director Julie Norburn said: "Banks Sadler is committed to serving our global contracts and both Jonathan and Mark have broad experience in developing client relationships in the global events industry. These appointments within our global team underscore our commitment to further expanding our market coverage and supporting our client base."

The hires follow the promotion of operations director  Karen Rice and Norburn to the company board.

New sales roles have also been created in both the French and German offices for Christine Estrabeau, country director France as well as Maren Koncet, sales manager Dusseldorf.
