Rolls Royce, Land Rover and Vauxhall have helped put The Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT)’s hospitality £100,000 over target.

The event, which occurs on the 16-17 July at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire, has sold out 70 of its 72 private chalets and sold out other areas of the venue.

RIAT sponsorship manager Francesca Heap would not disclose RIAT’s original budget but said: "We see [the bookings] as a positive sign for the whole corporate hospitality industry despite recent unfounded scares that the Bribery Act would kill hospitality."

She added that the RIAT product launch areas, close to the hospitality suite, was a particularly popular location.

Other companies to book hospitality at the annual event include Brietling, Marshall Group, Qineti Q, Serco and Saab AB.
