The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) has appointed Events4Healthcare and Line Up to co-produce its annual conference next month.

The one-day event for 400 delegates will be held at The Lancaster, in London, on 25 May.

The conference which will include an exhibition, plenary sessions and workshops, and be followed by a gala dinner.

Events4Healthcare has compiled the programme and speakers for the event, and is handling delegate management and marketing of the event.

Line Up will be responsible for all technical aspects of the conference, as well as the exhibition build.

The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) is the trade association for the UK research-based pharmaceutical industry.

Its member companies research, develop, manufacture and supply more than 80 per cent of the medicines prescribed through the National Health Service (NHS).

Line Up head of experiential Rupert Cheswright said: "This is a signature event in the pharmaceutical calendar, and one that we’re proud to be entrusted with helping deliver this year.  We look forward to working alongside Events4Healthcare in producing a memorable and valuable event for the ABPI’s stakeholders."
