The hotel reopened on 3 May following a £6m renovation, which included the renovation of the reception, lounge, and restaurant areas and 24 bedrooms.
The Lyttelton offers executive chef Brendan Fyldes’ rustic British cuisine and has capacity for 45.
It also offers 380-year-old working wine cellars with capacity for 75 and the American Bar.
