The One Group convention, which took place on 24 March featured a speech from new chief executive, Antonio Horta-Osorio.

The LG Arena, which recently underwent a £29m redevelopment, was transformed into zones including interactive exhibition areas, an Olympic Village and an arena set up for the main plenary, and hosted by BBC's Fiona Bruce.

The Olympic village hosted sporting celebrities including Olympic gold medal winners Jonathan Edwards and Mark Foster.

Aspect worked with the Lloyds team to produce the event. The agency was responsible for project management, production and logistics support, producing the event within the 10 week lead time.

Aspect’s executive producer Lee Eld said: "The speed at which the production came together was very interesting to say the least, a show of this size and complexity would normally have a six month lead time. Everybody worked hard on its development and delivery, the producers, suppliers and venue did a fantastic job, and we were proud to be part of such a prestigious project"

Lloyds Banking Group corporate affairs director Matt Young said: "This was a key event where our new CEO outlined the Group’s vision to 5,000 leaders.  Our event  was exceptionally well received and everyone did a fantastic job to deliver in a very challenging space of time."

Aspect and Lloyds Banking Group have worked together since 1996.
