The Nikken Leadership Convention will take place in Antalya from 15-19 November.

Independent Nikken consultants will compete for a place by accumulating points based on sales from January to June.

Nikken senior marketing and events co-ordinator Nadia Smith said: "There is a slight decrease in the budget this year compared to previous years, but the delivery expectations and package we offer the consultants still needs to remain the same, if not better. The cost per head for these type of trips is between £1,200 and £1,500."

Delegates will stay at the Concorde De Luxe Resort.

The company has previously held at least one contest a year in locations including Dubai, Japan, Las Vegas, Cancun and Sharm el Sheikh.

P&MM was appointed to work on the event last year following a competitive pitch against up to four other agencies.

Smith said: "We have been working with P&MM for a long time and have a good relationship with them."
