As part of the plan for the company to target business to its 300 meeting and conference rooms across the UK, Anna Clover has joined as meeting venues operations manager.

Clover was previously manager of IET venues and facilities for almost seven years, and has worked at the Royal Society of Arts.

Other appointments include head of account management Ian Mabe and business development manager Rachel McAllister, who joined last month from Etc venues.

In addition, MWB Business Exchange has appointed a further three new sales team members to help grow and develop its business.

Alabaster said: "We’re delighted that Anna Clover has joined us. We believe our new structure will help establish MWB Business Exchange as the leading meetings venue brand in London this year and the UK in 2012. We’ve got a team of winners and we really mean business."
