Rebecca Stadward joined the agency - previously known as Top Banana Team – to cover maternity leave as major accounts team administrator in March.  

She was formerly marketing executive at Clarion Events and will work on incentive programs, events and travel projects.

Dessie Tuck has been appointed to the newly-created role of project administrator, joining from her role as English interpreter at Big Word. She will work on performance improvement programs for an existing IT client.  

TBT has forecast its business will grow by ten per cent in 2011, with turnover expected to rise to around £3.4m for the year ended January 2011.  

TBT account director Ed Craven-Smith said: "We are delighted that TBT is continuing to grow. For the first time in our history we now employ staff who speak 11 languages including Arabic, Bulgarian, Polish and Romanian which shows our commitment to expanding our language capabilities."
