Land Rover has appointed Grass Roots to deliver its global press launch of the new Range Rover Evoque.

The event will take place in Liverpool in July, and is expected to attract more than 600 journalists over a five-week period.  

Grass Roots won the business following a four-way pitch process.  

Land Rover global product events manager Jane Roche said: "This is a hugely important launch for Land Rover and we are proud to be hosting the event in Liverpool, the home of the Range Rover Evoque. In appointing Grass Roots we are confident this launch will be in highly professional hands."  

Grass Roots global head of events Nick Bender said: "The new vehicle promises to be a real winner and we are looking forward to working closely with Land Rover."
