London Marriot County Hall hotel will complete the refurbishment of its 11 meeting rooms – the largest of which has capacity for 80 – as well as its lobby and restaurant by November.

The Oxo Tower Restaurant last month unveiled its refurbished bar, which moved to the front of the building and has capacity for 70 delegates.

Ultimate Events has taken over management of the second floor of the Oxo Tower, owned by Coin Street Community Builders.

The space, formerly two restaurants, will now be available as event space for 200 delegates.

The London Dungeon plans to open a Victorian-séance ‘5D’ ride, where delegates can interact with a 3D screen, which can be used for corporate events from the end of May.

Operator Merlin Entertainments Group has also purchased the Silver Barracuda from Silverfleet. The river cruiser will have capacity for 200 delegates.
