The 115-room hotel, opening this October, features a rooftop bar and restaurant, which visitors will be able to access using a panoramic glass lift.

More than 500sqm of meeting space over four rooms and a 270sqm ballroom with capacity of up to 300 guests theatre style, will feature.

Doubletree by Hilton Lincoln will also have 17 studio suites, each with a balcony and views of either the Brayford Pool or the Lincoln Cathedral.

"The Doubletree by Hilton Lincoln will be a design-led, aspirational hotel," said Brayford Hotels developer Leigh Hall. "Not only will it be a first for Lincoln, but it also represents one of the first, purpose-built Doubletree by Hilton hotels in the UK."
