Robinson – who will be director of operations - will report to Ben Taylor, who is president of Jack Morton's Asia-Pacific operations.
The opening of an office in Singapore this month reflects Jack Morton's growth in Asia - in China, Jack Morton saw 300% growth in 2010.
The agency opened a Shanghai office in 2007, following the launch of a Beijing base in 2006.
Jack Morton Worldwide chairman Josh McCall said: "Opening in Singapore gives us a new base to support local and regional clients as well as further momentum to grow Jack Morton in Asia-Pacific.
"Our clients are global or aim to be, so the more ‘worldwide’ we can be, the better we can fulfil their needs."
The agency had a record autumn in the UK, said managing director EMEA Julian Pullan, with revenues boosted by work with Facebook and Sega.
