Activities included jungle trekking, abseiling, off-road and speed boat driving and coral reef snorkelling.
Zinc Management events director Heike Kettner said: "As Cancun is a very well-established holiday destination, our main challenge was to create an exclusive programme with ‘money can't buy’ highlights so that the itinerary would not only motivate the sales force, but also comply with BMW group standards.
"We challenged the ground agent numerous times and the final programme not only came in at a very competitive budget but was also thoroughly enjoyed by guests and hosts."
