A conference, organised by Lodestar, is set to take place on 23 March at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. BI will provide accommodation and transport.

Rouge was hired to arrange the Partners' Hospitality Programme, with activities to include sushi-making classes, and a team-building event at London School of Fashion.

A Neon Tokyo-themed evening event for 650 delegates and their partners at the hotel is also being organised by Rouge.

Rouge head of business Victoria Walker said: "Nissan is determined to make a splash this year. It has been inspiring to realise our bolder concepts. The modern Japanese theme, with Manga cartoons and neon street signage, means this event will truly rock, Tokyo style."
