The direct selling company, which specialises in health and beauty products and homeware, has appointed Universal Live for production on the event, which is being held for the first time in London on 5 March.
A Back to the Future theme will be used to showcase the history of the 50-year-old company, with an exhibition allowing delegates to explore the product offer.
Amway's European events project manager Nicola Thompson said: "There is a real focus on business messaging at the conference."
The firm ran an incentive event this month at the Madinat Jumeirah Dubai for about 270 delegates from across Europe and Russia.
