Fresh Group is reporting sales of £3.298m with pre tax profits of £348,000 for the three months between October and December 2010.
The agency is now forecasting a £10m turnover target for 2010/11, following an £8.65m turnover last year.
The previous year the group reported turnover of £7.5m.
Fresh Group chairman Nick Porter said: "The turnover reflects the spend from our existing clients and also a healthy mixture of new accounts that are coming on board with the group."
New account wins include Co-op, Brother, Makro and Which?
"2011 is going to be our best year ever," said Porter.
"We have continually over the past six years re-invested into the business and the final fit out of [our headquarters at] Fin House sees the investment in the building alone hit the £500,000 mark," added Porter.
