Langham Hospitality Group is set to open four new hotels in India by 2013.

The plans include the 93-room Eaton Smart, New Delhi Airport Transit Hotel, set to open in the first quarter of 2011.  

It will be located inside the new airport building’s Terminal 3 and rooms will be available for a minimum of five-hour slots.  

Pune

Langham Place, Koregaon Park, Pune is set to open in 2012. It will feature 180 rooms, a ballroom, the Chuan Spa and a large atrium with transparent walls and a DJ booth overlooking the lobby.  

The luxury hotel owner and operator is also set to manage two properties in Lavasa in Western India under its Langham Place and Eaton Smart brands, which will open in 2013.

Langham Hospitality Group chief executive Brett Butcher said: "India is one of the world’s most robust and dynamic economies. There are significant prospects for Langham Hotels to expand and become a well-known operator within five years."
