The organisation has booked all but one of the venue's 11 rooms for the day, including the Cambridgeshire Suite, which will hold 100 NHS delegates theatre style.

The NHS will also make use of nine of the break out rooms.

All 11 rooms at the venue have been re-designed with a new lighting system that maximises light.

Flat screen TVs, ceiling-mounted projectors and repeaters also feature. Michelin-trained chef Kevin Jackman provides food at the venue.
