Hong Kong Tourism Board appoints former Tourism Flanders director

Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has appointed Dawn Page as director of the UK and Northern Europe.

Page leaves her role as director at Tourism Flanders, where she worked for three years, having previously worked at Tourism Australia as communications manager Europe.

She will be responsible for formulating and managing marketing and communication strategies in both the UK and Europe while acting as the businesses representative in the market.

HKTB executive director Anthony Lau said: "We are glad to welcome Dawn to our team. I am sure her extensive industry knowledge and solid travel trade connections accumulated over the years will help the HKTB build a stronger brand and marketing presence of Hong Kong."

Page has also worked for airlines including Sri Lankan Airlines.
