The 14th annual Fast Track 100 league table supplement was published yesterday (5 December). Companies increased sales on average 85% a year, from a combined total of £727m to £4bn.

Black Tomato, which was ranked at number 47, has gained a 75% annual sales growth this year. Its founder and director Matt Smith told C&IT: "We're planning to be even higher in the list next year. We put our success down to having clients in a wide range of sectors from retail to medical."

The company recently opened an office in New York.

Liz Hobbs, which was placed at number 20, had an annual sales growth of 108%. In 2010, the company produced and staged 68 open air concerts featuring artists including Rod Stewart and Westlife.

Other relevant agencies included Direct Traveller at 77 and Your Travel Golf in sixth place.

The league table also features brands such as All Saints, Cath Kidston, Ella's Kitchen, Moonpig and Jack Wills.
