The event organiser will host 398 parties and serve a reported average of 398,000 guests from 26 November until 22 December 2010.

The news comes after the Queen cancelled her Christmas party this year.

"Difficult economic circumstances facing the country has been given as the reason for the Royal Household not to hold a party this year, said Best Parties Ever managing director Tim Stevens.

"Although companies are continuing to keep a watchful eye on expenditure, the importance of rewarding staff for their hard work and loyalty through a Christmas party is recognised as integral in boosting team morale."

Bookings for mixed group nights with Best Parties Ever have increased by 25%, as companies offer staff smaller departmental functions.

"With recent economic growth figures exceeding expectation, companies are seeing the need for building relationships and creating a sense of community internally, where staff at all levels can come together," added Stevens.
