AYMTM managing director Natalie Gunson is aiming to expand its offering in South Africa after being tasked by Computacenter to roll out a rewards programme for employees in the country.

The agency originally won the Computacenter contract in August following a three-way pitch.

The rewards scheme – which offers vouchers in the UK for rewards from brands including Thomas Cook, Ikea, and Harrods – will allow South African employees to win awards of up to £200 for shopping centres in the region.

Gunson said: "It is a first for us to have reached the South African market which we are thrilled about. As a fast developing nation with many corporate structures taking example from UK companies we hope to be able to specify more programmes geared to motivate and incentivise South African employees."
