The two-day conference at Aintree kicked off with a head office day for 600 delegates on 20 October, followed by a 250-delegate retail day on 21 October.
The business update conference was a chance for retail representatives and head office delegates to get together to discuss objectives and focus for the coming year, said Fresh senior account manager Becky Dewhurst.
Matalan brand manager Carly Hughes added: "We've worked with Fresh in the past for store conferences and videos and have always been impressed by the high quality, professional service they provided. The main objective for the event was to engage our entire head office and store management teams on gearing up for a great Christmas trade but also gain a global understanding of the Matalan brand and objectives for the coming year."
Fresh has also worked on a video and customer segmentation handbook for Matalan, and is now producing an internal video for the clothing and home goods retailer to launch a new store in High Wycombe.
