The event, which took place last night (13 October), was held to celebrate Dish’s sole caterer status and the completion of the ship’s recent refurbishment.

Around 350 guests including press, event organisers and private and corporate clients JP Morgan, PWC, RBS and KPMG, were all present.

HMS President’s rooms were open for exploration, including space for meetings, conferences, dinners and parties.

Guests were greeted by a Royal Naval Reserve Seaman and boarded the ship to music played by a burlesque style pianist.

Champagne was served alongside canapés including cannon of lamb with shortbread, parsnip and white chocolate and prawn fritter.
