Carphone Warehouse’s Connected World sessions were designed to give UK managers in-depth training on smartphone technology and featured interactive quizzes using software designed by the Verridian events team.
The four events were held at the Business Design Centre in London, the Marriott in Bristol, the Heritage Motor Centre in Birmingham and the De Vere Whites in Bolton.
Carphone Warehouse learning and development manager Richard Priddle said: "It’s key for us that customers can rely on our team members to set up and install all the services and features they want on their Smartphones. The Verridian events team has worked with us to help design an engaging, entertaining and highly comprehensive training event to roll out this valuable know-how throughout our stores."
Verridian account manager Simon Fort said the agency also worked with clients including Nokia.
