DAY 1

9am: Check into Rocco Forte's The Augustine hotel for luxurious accommodation in a history-rich setting.

It offers 101 rooms created from seven buildings, many of which have historical significance, such as the 13th century Augustinian St Thomas Monastery, after which the hotel is named. For a morning meeting, the hotel also offers five meeting rooms, including a 200-capacity ballroom.

1pm: Enjoy lunch at the hotel's Monastery Restaurant, which serves a modern European Brasserie menu in a glass-covered courtyard.

2pm: From here, delegates can explore the city on foot, taking in historic sights such as Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square and the National Theatre. Take a guided tour of Prague Castle and, in summer months, stroll through its gardens.

6pm: Back to the hotel to change, then pre-dinner drinks at the Brewery Bar. Once the cellar of the original St Thomas brewery, the bar serves a modern St Thomas Beer, speciality seasonal beers and Czech-style tapas amid original 17th century stalactites and stalagmites.

8pm: The Four Seasons Hotel Prague's Allegro Restaurant currently holds the only Michelin star in the Czech Republic. Delegates can take in views of the river and Prague Castle from the outdoor terrace and enjoy menus featuring Italian, Mediterranean and classic Continental cuisine as well as Bohemian specialties.

10pm: Rub shoulders with the hip crowd at Radost FX nightclub or sip cocktails at the trendy Tretter's bar in the heart of the Old Town.

DAY 2

9am: Enjoy a bird's eye view of Prague from a hot air balloon. DMC AIMS International can arrange flights, and afterwards delegates are rewarded with certificates and Champagne.

12pm: After a vertigo-defying morning, delegates can relax over a lunchtime river cruise, networking and taking in the sights of the 'city of a thousand spires' over a buffet lunch.

2pm: Combine team-building for up to 100 delegates with an exploration of the city with a Trabant Rally, arranged by AIMS. Delegates are divided into teams of three and issued with a map, digital camera, and Trabant car with driver, and race to find three checkpoints in the city.

5pm: Return to the hotel for an indulgent treatment at the Augustine Spa, which uses Anika Organic Luxury and Ila products.

7pm: The Buddha-Bar Prague, which opened in 2009, offers a 150-seat dining room under the gigantic Buddha statue and elaborate chandeliers. Delegates can sample Asian and Pacific-Rim fusion cuisine before heading upstairs to the sumptuous mezzanine bar and lounge for cocktails. Return to the hotel ahead of an early wake up call for the flight home from Ruzyne-Prague Airport.
